Joe,

It sounds like either the cradle or antenna in your truck is the problem. I would try testing your cradle with a new antenna in your truck. If that does not work, the cradle could perhaps be the problem but I am almost sure that it is the antenna

This is good news, Sirius needs some new models to reignite their product line and subscription base. It has been good to see Sirius in the media and doing their marketing. I know that a few more additions will be on the way soon!

I have a starmate 2 and I'm trying to replace the cigarette lighter fuse, but I can't find anywhere that tells me whether it is a "fast acting" or "slow blow". Can you help me please?

I notice you did not mention that the Lexus conversion kit applies to a 2007 GS350. Is there one available for this model..?

I think they better figure out what the problem is because I have been through 2 of the sirius units and this is a joke! I will cancel my subscription if I can't listen to the radio. Obviously this is a design flaw and should be fixed at no cost to the consumer due to them not making this knowledge availible whe you buy the unit!

If you are mounting the magnetic antenna on the trunk lid, you could try placing a piece of 14 to 16 gauge steel sheet metal inside the lid, directly under the antenna magnetic (mount). If the magnet is strong enough it will hold the antenna and the piece of sheet metal just fine.

Its pleasing to say that relating to <a href="http://www.e-carelectronics.com" rel="nofollow">Car Electronics</a>
there are various Antennas in car such as Directed Electronics Replacement Car Antenna, XACT Vehicle Roof Mount Antenna, or the Sirius Square Car Antenna. In my view if anyone going with performance and cost then Sirius Dot Micro Antenna is the best.

I have a 2007 Chrysler and my radio says "updating channels" every 2 weeks or so.The message lasts for as long as 5 days. Based on many forums I found on Google, it is aopparent Sirius is ignoring this widespread problem and defect. If you pull the fuse, you may temporarily solve the problem until the next update.

How about a serious answer from Sirius to this prevalent problem?
